Biography
Dr Cemal Eyyubov was born in Zakatala region in Republic of Azerbaijan. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Azerbaijan Technical University in 1961. Between 1995 and 2002 he worked as a member of academic teaching staff and head of the Department in the Department of Civil Engineering of Yozgat Engineering Faculty in Erciyes University-Turkey. Presently he is working as a member of academic teaching staff in the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering in Erciyes University in Kayseri-Turkey.Cemal Eyyubov published over 150 scientific papers and seven books on Engineering Seismology, Earthquake Resistant Structures, Steel Structures, Reinforced Concrete Structures and Seismic Behaviour of Soils in Russian, English and Turkish. List of some of the recent publications are given in the end.Cemal Eyyubov appointed as referee and scientific committee member in numerous meetings, symposiums, conferences and congresses.

Biography
Dr Mohamed A. ElGawady, Ph. D., is Benavides Associate Professor at Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri-Rolla) with 20 years of experience in extreme loading and sustainability. Previously, ElGawady has held positions at Washington State University, University of Auckland, University of South Australia, and Tokyo Institute of Technology. He worked also as a structural engineer for three years. His research addresses the performance of existing structures under man-made and natural hazard. He also develops innovative structural systems and sustainable materials to mitigate extreme events. He is heavily involved in different design and construction codes such as The Masonry Society building code, American Concrete Institute Code, and Transportation Research Board. He co-authored 60 referred papers published in tier one journals and 120 conference papers published in top national and international venues. Dr. ElGawady received funding from different agencies including Missouri DNR, DOT, Federal Highway Administration, University Transportation Center, Mid-America Transportation Center, Transportation Northwest, MoDOT, and WSDOT. His excellent and hard work has been recognized by Missouri S&T through the inaugural Benavides Endowment Award, Joseph H. Senne, Jr. Academy of Civil Engineers Faculty Achievement Award, and Missouri University of Science and Technology Faculty Excellence Award.

Biography
Dr. Muhd Fadhil Nuruddin is a professor of Concrete at Civil and Environmental Engineering Department, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia. He has had more than 33 years of working experience. He began his career as a Site Engineer at a construction company before joining the academic world in 1985. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PEng) and a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (MIEM). He is also a Fellow and a Council Member of the Concrete Society of Malaysia (FCSM). He was the President of the Concrete Society of Malaysia between 1997 and 2002. At present he also holds the position as the President of the Malaysian Geopolymer Society.
